SKILLED NURSING CARE

Steps Homecare Services employs Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) committed to a patient-centered approach. Our nurses collaborate with patients, physicians, and care partners to develop individualized plans of care that support specific health goals.

Skilled nursing services include:

Infusion therapy and IV administration

REHABILITATIVE THERAPIES

Steps Homecare Services provides rehabilitative therapies in the home to support recovery following illness, injury, or surgery. Home-based rehabilitation promotes independence with daily activities in a familiar and comfortable setting. Care partners may also remain actively involved in the rehabilitation process.

PERSONAL / COMPANION CARE
