CONCIERGE PLUS

8-12 hours per day

Ideal for: Parents recovering after hospitalization or rehab, or those needing day time structure & oversight.

What’s Included:

Everything in the starter package plus,

  • Full daytime companionship & supervision.

  • Shopping , Errands pick-ups, groceries.

  • Transportation to appointments (Escort Service).

  • Regular mobility practices & daily walk support.

  • Linen changes, laundry, kitchen management.

  • Decluttering & Safety organization.

  • Family check-ins midday + end of shift.

  • RN monitoring of progress concerns & changes.

PRICE: $33-$55 PER HOUR

CONCIERGE ELITE(LIVE-IN)

$750.00

24-hours coverage/ Rotating live-in team.

Ideal for: Parents who cannot safely be alone or who require high levels of support but prefer home over facility.

What’s Included:

Everything in the starter starter package PLUS,

  • 24/7 presence for safety.

  • Night-time assistance (bathroom, confusion, transfers)

  • Fall- prevention supervision.

  • Medication Schedule management.

  • Daily housekeeping and meal planning.

  • Weekly RN check-in & care review

  • Family coordination & Support.

PRICE: $400-$750 PER DAY

(Live-in model; Caregiver sleeps overnight but is available for needs.)

CONCIERGE RECOVERY BUNDLE (POST-HOSPITAL)

$1,800.00

48-72 hour intensive support during transition home.

Ideal for: stroke, surgery, falls or medical stabilization discharge.

What’s Included:

  • RN initial visit

  • Bathroom safety setup

  • Mobility + transfer support

  • 1:1 supervision during first 48-72 hours.

  • Medication reminder system set up.

  • Meal prep, hydration, rest schedule.

  • Transportation from facility if needed

  • Status updates to family & physician (If requested).

    PRICE: Flat Rate package depending on duration

    Typically $600-$1800 TOTAL.
