HOME HEALTH AIDES
At Steps Homecare Services our Home Health Aides are certified to provide personal care under the supervision of our Skilled Nurses or Therapists and as ordered in the patients individualized plan of care.
Community Minded
MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
Steps Homecare Services provides the services of our professional Medical Social Workers to patients in their homes. Our Medical Social Workers assess and support the individualized needs of each patient and their family, ensuring they have access to the information, care and resources they need.
